Online NZ Ltd is a leader in providing innovative internet marketing solutions to New Zealand businesses. Already well-recognised in the top of the south island & lower north island, the business has an aggressive national growth strategy in place that is the culmination of four years of R & D, market research and product development.

As part of this strategy, Online NZ Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the purchase of an exclusive territory licence for the Kapiti coast, Rangitikei, Manuwatu, Palmerston North, Horowhenua and Tararua districts.

Targeting a largely untapped market of up to 24,000 businesses, you will manage an existing customer base as well as having a strong focus on identifying, targeting and winning new business, either directly or through your own sales team.

You will be supported in identifying qualified sales leads through an initial telemarketing campaign targeting local businesses, and other marketing strategies. A contact database of all businesses in the territory has been developed and will be made available as part of the tools and systems that will be provided to the successful licensee.

To be a successful Territory Manager, you will need strong business development and relationship management skills, an ability to recruit, manage and motivate a small sales team and a passion to provide tailored solutions to small and medium businesses in your territory. Previous experience in Business to Business sales or in IT is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided by Online NZ Ltd as part of its induction programme. You will need your own vehicle and smart phone.

The price of the territory is $65,000 + GST. In return, you will receive a generous commission on all sales, which includes residual income from all clients that you bring on board and continue to service.  There is a minimum guaranteed income of $1,500 per week following training for the first four weeks of operation as the exclusive Territory Manager.
